Chuanlong Old House Tofu Workshop Introduction
In Gongguan Township, there is a century-old house located along the Chuanlong Stream. Beside the rustic and richly flavored sign, you can listen to the gentle sound of flowing water while enjoying aromatic handmade tofu and douhua, spending a wonderful afternoon! The "Chuanlong Stream" runs through the entire Gongguan and Tongluo areas, flowing day and night for 173 years. This source of fresh water has become the lifeline of over 800 hectares of farmland downstream and is also the river of life here, witnessing the history of our ancestors’ hard work in transforming barren land into fertile fields, with the murmuring of water passing down page after page of stories.
