Chuanlong Old House Tofu Workshop Introduction
In Gongguan Township, there is a century-old house by the Chuanlong Stream. Next to its rustic and richly flavored sign, you can enjoy the captivating aroma of handmade tofu and douhua while listening to the gentle sound of flowing water, spending a beautiful afternoon. The "Chuanlong Stream" runs through the entire Gongguan and Tongluo areas, flowing day and night for 173 years. This source of fresh water has become the lifeline for over 800 hectares of farmland downstream and serves as the river of life here, witnessing the history of our ancestors who toiled to cultivate the land, transforming wasteland into fertile fields, with the murmuring waters conveying one story after another.
