Chuanlong Old House Tofu Workshop Introduction
In Gongguan Township, there is a century-old house located by the Chuanlong Stream. Next to its rustic and charming sign, you can listen to the gentle sound of flowing water while enjoying aromatic handmade tofu and douhua, spending a wonderful afternoon! The "Chuanlong Stream" runs through the entire Gongguan and Tongluo areas, flowing day and night for 173 years. This lifegiving water source has become the lifeblood of over 800 hectares of farmland downstream and is a river of life here, witnessing the history of our ancestors who worked hard to cultivate the land from wilderness into fertile fields. The gentle sound of the water carries page after page of stories.
