Located at the entrance of the First Market, Lugang Grandma's Mochi often sells out before 11 am! Why is it so popular? This shop's mochi is made using a unique recipe passed down from Master Xu Jinfa, who inherited it from his father, Xu Fuyuan. For over fifty years, they have insisted on traditional methods, using carefully selected pure natural grains without any chemical ingredients or preservatives.
