Located at the entrance of the First Market, Lukang A-Po Mochi often sells out and closes before 11 AM! Why is it so popular? Because the mochi produced here is made by Master Xu Jinfa, who inherited the unique recipe from his father Xu Fuyuan. For over fifty years, they have insisted on traditional methods of production, using carefully selected natural grains without any chemical ingredients or preservatives.
