Lukang Grandma's Mochi Shop Introduction
Located at the entrance of the First Market, Lugang A-Po Mochi often sells out and closes before 11 AM! Why is it so popular? This shop’s mochi is made using a unique method passed down from Master Xu Jin-Fa to his father, Xu Fu-Yuan, for over fifty years, adhering to traditional production methods. They carefully select pure, natural grains, free from any chemical ingredients and preservatives, and produce the mochi by hand on-site, resulting in a fragrant, chewy, and soft texture.
