Zai Noodles, also known as Wencan Noodles among the older generation, has a history of over 50 years passed down from Uncle Wencan. Zai Noodles still use the most traditional bamboo scoops and are served with freshly cooked noodles in a broth made from pork bones, complemented by traditional meat sauce and three special types of handmade meatballs—fried rolls, shrimp balls, meatballs, and taro balls.
