Our pork steamed dumplings are made with high-quality fresh chives, mountain cabbage, fresh pork, and our exclusive ingredients and seasonings. The dumpling skin is as thin as translucent and has a delightful elasticity. Use chopsticks carefully to avoid tearing the skin, and remember to place it on a spoon to savor, as taking a bite will release rich broth gently flowing out from the thin skin, which is the essence of the steamed dumpling.
