Ding's Mansion in Lugang Introduction
Ding Jinshizhai was renovated after Ding Shouquan became a Jinshi, enhancing its prestigious and magnificent appearance. Covering an area of approximately 300 ping, it stretches 75 meters in length. The early architectural features included a large residence with a layout characterized by "three steps, five drops, and two waterways." The street-facing building features a shopfront called "one step," with the first entry referred to as "one drop."
