Hehuo Dining Introduction
Hehuo Dining Hall was established by a group of locals from Lugang and partners involved in the Baolu Movement. The name "Hehuo" sounds similar to "partnership" and embodies the concept of "cooking meals (禾)." The combination of the characters for "禾" (grain) and "火" (fire) symbolizes "autumn," reflecting our期待 for the energy brought to the area by the annual Autumn Arts Festival. Beyond the festive atmosphere that comes once a year, we aim to implement the curatorial concept of "community living" into the daily lives of the locals. In Lugang, we live together and share meals at the dining hall, savoring the warmth and local flavors cultivated by the efforts of the Autumn Festival over the years through our everyday experiences.
