Hehuo Restaurant Introduction
Hehuo Cafe was established by a group of local individuals from Lugang and partners from the Baolu movement. The name "Hehuo Cafe" sounds similar to "partnership" and embodies the concept of "cooking with fire (禾)." Moreover, the characters for "禾" and "火" combined signify "autumn," which also represents the energy that the annual Autumn Arts Festival brings to the local community. Beyond the festive atmosphere of this annual event, the aim is to implement the curatorial concept of "a community of living" into the daily lives of the locals. Living together in Lugang and dining at Hehuo Cafe, patrons can savor the warmth and local flavors cultivated through years of effort during the Autumn Festival.
