Hehuo Restaurant Introduction
Hehuo Dining Hall was founded by a group of local youths from Lukang and partners in the Preservation of Lukang movement. The name "Hehuo" sounds similar to "partnership" and evokes the imagery of "cooking with fire (禾)." The combination of the characters "禾" and "火" symbolizes "autumn," reflecting the energy that the annual Autumn Arts Festival brings to the community. In addition to the festive atmosphere created each year, the aim is to implement the curatorial concept of "community living" into the daily lives of the local residents. In Lukang, we experience "shared living" and enjoy meals at Hehuo Dining Hall, savoring the warmth and local flavor cultivated over the years by the efforts of the Autumn team in Lukang.
