Tianzhuang Leisure Restaurant Introduction
Stepping into Tien Zhuang, you are quickly enveloped by a relaxed atmosphere. The charmingly arranged flower beds and the leisurely swimming ducks and geese in the pond create a serene environment. Sitting on a swing handcrafted by the owner's father, you easily forget that you are in a restaurant. To the left at the entrance of Tien Zhuang, neatly stacked longan wood is used as firewood for their famous roasted urn chicken. The chicken has a crispy exterior and tender interior, delicious when dipped in chicken juice or paired with pepper salt. There’s also a fun element in personally tearing off the fresh, tender chicken meat with your hands. Additionally, the three-cup eggplant and savory crispy large intestine are wonderfully flavorful.
