Tian Zhuang Leisure Restaurant Introduction
Walking into Tien Zhuang, you are quickly enveloped by a relaxing atmosphere. The well-arranged flower beds and the ducks and geese leisurely gliding on the pond make you forget that you are in a restaurant while sitting on a swing handcrafted by the owner's father. On the left side of the entrance, neatly stacked longan wood serves as firewood for the roasted clay pot chicken. The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, delicious either dipped in chicken sauce or paired with pepper and salt. There's a unique fun in using your hands to shred the fresh, tender chicken. Additionally, dishes like three-cup eggplant and crispy large intestine are also wonderfully flavorful.
