Tian Zhuang Leisure Restaurant Introduction
Walking into Tianzhuang, one is quickly enveloped by a leisurely atmosphere, with an array of flower beds and ducks and geese gliding leisurely on the pond. Sitting on the swing handcrafted by the owner's father makes one forget they are in a restaurant. To the left at the entrance of Tianzhuang, neatly stacked are logs of longan wood, which are used as firewood for the barbecued "Weng Gang Chicken." The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, delicious whether dipped in chicken juice or paired with pepper salt, and there’s a unique fun in pulling apart the fresh, tender chicken with your hands while wearing gloves. Additionally, the Three-Cup Eel and fried large intestine are equally delightful.
