Ice Dumpling Innovation Museum Introduction
The Ice Dumpling Invention Museum is operated by Yongtai Gourmet Enterprises, which initially started as a traditional mochi manufacturing business. It is a great place for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY ice dumpling making. Outside the museum, there is a large colorful graffiti wall created by local elementary school students from Beidou. The museum has an antique style, with the first floor dedicated to the production line introduction, showcasing machinery used in early mochi production along with informative displays. The second floor features a viewing area displaying the unique flavors of ice dumplings offered by the museum, along with a sales area. There is also a DIY classroom where children can enjoy making mini dumplings and a parent-child play area that kids will love!
