Ice Dumpling Museum Introduction
The Ice Dumpling Invention Museum is operated by Yongtai Food Enterprise. It originally started as a traditional mochi production workshop, making it a great place for parents to bring their kids to enjoy the fun of DIY ice dumpling making. Outside the museum, there is a large mural wall, created collaboratively by local elementary school students from Beidou. The museum features a classic design, with the first floor dedicated to the production line, showcasing early mochi-making machines along with explanatory graphics and text. The second floor serves as the exhibition area, displaying the unique flavors of ice dumplings from the museum and a sales section. There is also a DIY classroom where children can experience making mini dumplings and a popular parent-child play area!
