Ice Dumpling Invention Museum Introduction
The Ice Sticky Rice Dumpling Invention Museum is operated by Yongtai Gourmet Enterprises. It started early on as a traditional mochi workshop. This place is perfect for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY ice sticky rice dumpling making. Outside the museum, there is a large mural wall created collaboratively by local elementary school students from Beidou. The museum has an antique style, with the first floor showcasing the production line, including exhibits of early mochi-making machines and informational displays. The second floor is the exhibition area, featuring unique flavors of ice sticky rice dumplings and a sales area, as well as a DIY classroom where children can enjoy making mini dumplings and a play area that kids will love!
