Ice Dumpling Invention Museum Introduction
The Ice Dumpling Invention Museum is operated by Yong Tai Food Corporation, which started out by making traditional rice cakes. It is a great place for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY ice dumpling making. Outside the museum, there is a large mural wall created collaboratively by local elementary school students from Beidou. The style of the museum is quaint and vintage. The first floor features an introduction to the production line, showcasing early machines used for making rice cakes along with explanations. The second floor is the exhibition area, displaying the museum's unique flavors of dumplings and a sales area, as well as a DIY classroom where children can enjoy the fun of making mini dumplings and a parent-child play area that kids love!
