Ice Dumpling Invention Museum Introduction
The Ice Zongzi Invention Museum is managed by Yongtai Food Company and originally started as a traditional mochi processing facility. It’s perfect for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY ice zongzi making. Outside the museum, there is a large mural wall, created collaboratively by local elementary school students from Beidou. The museum exudes an ancient charm, with the first floor dedicated to introducing the production line, showcasing early mochi-making machines and providing informative displays. The second floor serves as a visiting area, featuring unique flavors of zongzi from the Ice Zongzi Invention Museum, along with a sales area. There’s also a DIY classroom where children can enjoy the fun of making mini zongzi, and a parent-child play area that kids love!
