Ice Dumpling Museum Introduction
The Ice Zongzi Invention Museum is operated by Yongtai Gourmet Company. It started out as a manufacturer of traditional mochi. It's a great place for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY making ice zongzi. Outside the museum, there is a large mural wall, a collaborative creation completed by local elementary school students from Beidou. The style of the museum is antique, with the first floor dedicated to showcasing the production line, including displays of early mochi-making machines and illustrated explanations. The second floor is the exhibition area, featuring unique flavors of zongzi from the Ice Zongzi Invention Museum and a sales area, along with a DIY classroom for children to experience making mini zongzi, and a parent-child play area that children love!
