Longshan Restaurant Introduction
Longshan Restaurant offers a variety of dishes made with locally sourced wild vegetables and mountain produce, situated at an altitude of about 600 meters. The menu includes specialties such as white-cut native chicken, braised pork with bamboo shoots, bamboo shoot dishes, bamboo tube rice, wild vegetables, two ways of preparing live trout, stream shrimp, stream fish, and mountain-inspired cuisine. Currently, they have an economical bamboo tube set menu available for 150 TWD, and a set meal of four dishes and a soup for 299 TWD.
