Dragon Mountain Restaurant Introduction
Longshan Restaurant offers a variety of dishes made from locally sourced mountain vegetables at an altitude of about 600 meters. The menu includes white-cut native chicken, bamboo shoots with pork belly, bamboo shoot dishes, bamboo tube rice, wild vegetables, two ways of preparing live trout, stream shrimp, stream fish, and mountain delicacies. Currently, there is an economical bamboo tube set meal available for 150 TWD, and a set with four dishes and a soup for 299 TWD.
