Chuan Qian Wu New Japanese Kitchen was established in 2008, relocating from a Sushi restaurant on Jingwu Road in Taichung City to Caotun Township, Nantou, and was renamed accordingly. The business shifted from large banquet tables to offer more diverse dining options to meet various consumer needs, catering to guests with different dining motivations. Service offerings have expanded to include set menus, catering, and customized banquet dishes with rich ingredient combinations. The head chef personally selects and purchases ingredients, ensuring the quality of seafood and introducing seasonal chef's recommendations.
