Changhua Tung Blossom Festival Introduction
Every year in April and May, Chunghua's Bagua Mountain is covered in a blanket of white, as thousands of Tung blossoms bloom, surprising travelers! Along the Dong Wai Huan Road and County Route 139, also known as Dazhang Road, a rare view of a Tung flower sea can be observed from afar in the hills and valleys. Along the hiking trail beside County Route 139, dense forests of Tung trees line both sides, with white petals falling like snow, creating a mesmerizing carpet of Tung flowers on the ground. The area around Bagua Mountain on County Route 139 is lined with tourist attractions and well-equipped facilities. In addition to enjoying the Tung blossoms, visitors can also hike, ride bicycles freely, pick fresh fruits at farms, taste fresh milk at ranches, and enjoy delicious food at restaurants.
