Dengying Academy Introduction
Dengying Academy was established in the 28th year of the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty (1848 AD), also known as Wenchang Temple. It is located in Xinzhongli, Caotun Township (formerly known as Xinzhang in Beitou Fort), and is dedicated to Wenchang Dijun. In the 74th year of the Republic of China, it was designated as a county historic site. Nestled among lush green rice fields, the atmosphere is solemn, making it an important place for many students to pray for academic success.
