Dengying Academy Introduction

Dengying Academy was established in the 28th year of the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1848 AD), also known as Wenchang Shrine. It is located in Xinzhuang Village, Caotun Township (formerly Beitou Fort's Xinzhuang), and it is primarily dedicated to Wenchang Dijun. In 1985, it was designated as a county-level historic site. Situated among lush green rice fields, the atmosphere is solemn, making it an important place for many students to pray for academic success.
