Hazu Hwei's clam soup dumplings are hailed online as the freshest in the world. The dough is made from a blend of spinach, sweet potato starch, and native rice flour, giving it a chewy texture. Each bite is sweet, fresh, and invigorating. Hazu Hwei rose to fame with his clam soup dumplings, successfully marketing the abundant clams farmed at his establishment. The owner, Lin Zhu-Fei, joined forces with Mama Tian and has since developed several seafood snacks. Lin mentioned that the clam farms in the Taixi area often employ mixed-cultivation methods, utilizing the clam's ability to consume plankton while fish and shrimp feed on algae, creating the highest economic value. She has developed a lively menu of seafood snacks using clams, milkfish, saltwater shrimp, and fresh oysters from her own fish pond.
