Lin stated that the clam ponds in the Taixi area often use mixed farming methods, utilizing the foraging behavior of clams that eat plankton and fish and shrimp that consume algae to create maximum economic value. She has developed a vibrant menu of seafood snacks using clams, milkfish, brine shrimp, and fresh oysters raised in her own fish ponds.
