Lin Zhu-Fei mentioned that the clam farms around Taixi mostly use mixed-cultivation methods, leveraging the foraging characteristics of clams eating plankton and fish and shrimp eating algae to create maximum economic value. She has developed a lively menu of seafood snacks using clams, milkfish, saltwater shrimp, and fresh oysters from her own fish ponds.
