Wangankang Town Anfu Introduction
The fishing village is over three thousand years old, with the King Moth Festival held every four years to welcome guests. The main deities worshiped at the Town Anfu Temple are XINGFU QIANSUI, MOFU QIANSUI, and SUFU QIANSUI. This tradition originally stems from the Ding family of the Yanpu Wuzhu neighborhood in Haikou Village, Taixi. Every four years, the Town Anfu Temple hires Master Wu Zongming from Mailiao to create paper boats in the Quanzhou style to send off the QIANSUI of five years.
