Tianzhong Bian Shui Mian Introduction
Located at the street corner opposite the town office, "Tianzhong Noodle Stall" has a history spanning three generations. The stall offers "Pian Shi Noodles," where both the noodles and the dumplings are special. The noodles are handmade, very thin, and have a texture slightly thicker than vermicelli. The "Pian Shi" dumplings are primarily filled with pork and shallots, exuding a traditional lard aroma.
