Yimin Temple Introduction
The exquisite little Yimin Temple is situated near the Chaotian Temple. During the Qing Dynasty, the Lin Shuangwen and Dai Chaochun disturbances occurred one after another, and the Yimin soldiers of Beigang fought bravely to protect their homeland. After the turmoil was settled, the local residents enshrined the martyrs who died in the conflicts at the "Jingyi Pavilion," which was later renovated multiple times and renamed "Yimin Temple." It has become a historical site that combines the functions of a shrine and a temple, where descendants can pay their respects.
