Beigang Cultural Center is an important cultural and artistic venue in the coastal area of Yunlin County, featuring the Jialu Performance Hall, art exhibition room, thematic display room, and briefing room. The grand lobby, with a height of 5.5 meters, not only creates a sense of openness but also serves as an extension of the exhibition space, displaying large artworks and cultural artifacts such as sculptures. On holidays, it can also function as a small performance venue, making the lobby a space for dynamic performances and static exhibitions, accommodating more possibilities.

1F Exhibition Room, Jiah Lake Performance Hall "Exhibition Room": This space can host various cultural and artistic exhibitions, including crafts, fine arts, calligraphy, and photography. Applications for the use of the first-floor exhibition hall for the following year can be submitted by the end of May each year. "Jiah Lake Music Hall": The Jiah Lake Performance Hall is an exquisite venue available for professional performance groups in the Yunlin coastal area, where music, dance, and theater can be performed, enhancing the musical atmosphere of the region. Named after the Chen family from the Beigang area, known for their musical heritage, the Chen family founded the Beigang Orchestra. After his passing, their son Chen Zhezheng continued the musical principles by establishing the "Beigang Philharmonic Association." 2F Permanent Exhibition "Beigang Welcoming Matsu Special Exhibition": The second floor's thematic exhibition room is a permanent display space focused on the "Beigang Welcoming Matsu" theme. With a history of over 300 years, the "Beigang Welcoming Matsu" has been designated as an important national folk cultural asset. Every year on the 19th and 20th of the lunar month of March, thousands fill the streets of Beigang amidst the continuous sound of firecrackers, also referred to as "Beigang Little New Year." The "Real-Life Art Pavilion Flower Float" is a unique feature of Beigang's pilgrimage procession. The "Beigang Welcoming Matsu" special exhibition not only showcases artifacts related to the pilgrimage performance but also includes five videos related to the Matsu pilgrimage, interactive games, and a set of "Beigang Welcoming Matsu Traditional Glazed Pottery Pilgrimage Team," presenting the lively scenes and grand atmosphere of the Matsu pilgrimage.
