1F Exhibition Room, Jialu Performing Arts Hall "Exhibition Room": It can host various art exhibitions including crafts, fine arts, calligraphy, and photography. Applications for the use of the first floor of the exhibition hall for the following year's exhibition can be submitted before the end of May each year. "Jialu Music Hall": Jialu Performing Arts Hall is a refined venue in the coastal area of Yunlin that provides space for professional performing groups. It accommodates music, dance, and theater performances, enhancing the musical atmosphere in the coastal region. It is named after the Chen family of Beigang, who established the Beigang Orchestra. After the passing of Chen Jiahu, his son Chen Zhezheng continued the musical philosophy and founded the "Beigang Philharmonic Association". 2F Permanent Exhibition "Beigang Welcomes Mazu Special Exhibition": The main thematic exhibition room on the second floor is a permanent display space focused on "Beigang Welcomes Mazu". With a history spanning over 300 years, "Beigang Welcomes Mazu" has been listed as a national important intangible cultural asset. Every year on the 19th and 20th of the lunar calendar, the streets of Beigang fill with crowds and the sound of firecrackers. This event is also known as "Beigang Little New Year," where the "live art flower car" is a unique procession in Beigang. The "Beigang Welcomes Mazu" special exhibition not only showcases the artifacts related to the procession but also features five videos related to Mazu's pilgrimage, interactive games, and a set of "Beigang Welcomes Mazu Cochin pottery procession troupe," presenting the lively scenes and the majestic atmosphere of Mazu's pilgrimage.
