Founded in 1986, Mr. Yen Chuan-Ting, the founder, was originally a third-generation catering chef who faced the impacts of an economic downturn and the consumption patterns of an M-shaped society. In striving for the transformation of the family business, he uniquely chose "Taiwanese street food" - the Mullet Soup, and developed the only method in Taiwan that utilizes rapid freezing and mechanical slicing. This innovation breaks away from traditional manual cutting, preserving the fresh and sweet taste of the fish, complemented by a specially crafted broth that brings the essence of Mullet Soup to its peak. Featured products also include Floating Pork Soup, Fried Pork Ribs Soup, Dry Noodles with Pork, Golden Fried Tofu, Special Braised Pork Rice, and more. After decades of effort, the business is now managed by the second generation, modernizing the operation model of traditional snack shops.
