Deep Sea Deep Cuisine Introduction
Founded in 1986, Mr. Yen Chuan-ting, the founder, was originally a third-generation caterer (master chef). Faced with the impact of an economic downturn and the consumption patterns of an M-shaped society, Mr. Yen sought to transform the family business. With keen insight, he chose "Taiwanese street food" - Mackerel Soup, and developed the only method in Taiwan that employs rapid freezing and machine slicing, breaking away from traditional manual cutting to preserve the fresh and sweet flavor of the fish. It is paired with a unique, specially crafted soup base, maximizing the characteristics of Mackerel Soup. Specialty products also include Pork Soup, Pork Rib Soup, Minced Meat Noodles, Golden Fried Tofu, and Special Braised Pork Rice, among others. After decades of efforts, the second generation has now taken over the management, transforming the traditional snack stall operation into a modern dining business model. This has redefined the established image of snack shops, offering a comfortable and elegant dining environment while continuously developing new and delicious Taiwanese street food. They have introduced Curry Chicken Omelette Rice, Curry Pork Chop Omelette Rice, Golden Chicken Leg Rice, Railway Pork Rib Rice, and freshly fried BBQ Meat Rice, which have been well received by consumers. While innovating, they also retain traditional flavors, striving to carry on their father's commitment to cuisine in the Taiwanese street food industry.
