Sakura Shrimp Almond Pancake Introduction
Sakura shrimp is listed as one of the three treasures of Donggang, as it only survives in a few marine areas and is considered a national treasure seafood. With its thin and soft shell, sweet and tender meat, it is paired with almond slices, white sesame, and onion. After being seasoned and shaped by hand, it is delicately baked to create a crispy and thin pancake infused with the precious taste of sakura shrimp and almonds.
