Hui Ge Sashimi is located at the south side entrance of the rear side of the Houbi Lake Fishery Association building. It is a well-known sashimi specialty store in Houbi Lake, a must-visit for sashimi lovers who appreciate fresh seafood. At Hui Ge Sashimi, a plate of sashimi for NT$100 is enough for three to four people. In addition, they also offer fresh seafood dishes. Despite having limited seating, it still attracts many customers to come and enjoy the delicacies.
