Hui Ge Sashimi is located at the south side entrance of the Houbi Lake Fishermen's Association building. It is a well-known sashimi specialty store in Houbi Lake, a must-visit for sashimi lovers. At Hui Ge Sashimi, a plate of sashimi for NT$100 is enough for three to four people. In addition to that, they also offer fresh seafood dishes. Even though there are not many seats, it still attracts many customers eager to enjoy the fresh offerings.
