White Sand Bay Introduction
From Guanshan, head south and make a right turn after about 2 kilometers to reach Baisha Bay. Baisha Bay is located on the northwest coast of Cape Maobitou and was originally a fishing port, also known locally as Baisha Harbor. The area around Baisha Bay is part of a coral reef coastline, but it features a 500-meter-long pristine white sand beach. The fine white sand is composed of shell and coral fragments. On the east side of Baisha Bay, there is a plateau that serves as a barrier, blocking the northeast monsoon, which means the area remains calm in winter. It is suitable for various marine recreational activities year-round. It is recommended to lie on the beach and gaze at the stars on a night without light pollution, offering a uniquely romantic vacation atmosphere.
