The name "Fu Le" was chosen by the first-generation owner, who hoped for the residents of Fu Ji Village to live a prosperous life. From its humble beginnings as a traditional small noodle stall to its current restaurant scale, it has maintained the first generation's commitment to culinary integrity and a focus on original flavors. It also incorporates traditional Hakka cuisine, using local ingredients in its dishes. The dedication of the second-generation male owner has transformed the simple Hakka dishes into something more exquisite and diverse!
