Fu Le Noodle Shop Introduction
Most people, upon hearing the name "Fulai Noodle Shop," often assume it is a bakery or dairy store; however, it is not. Located in Gongguan Township, Miaoli County, the old establishment "Fulai Noodle Shop" has been in business for over thirty years since its founding. The name "Fulai" was chosen by the first-generation owner, who hoped that the residents of Fujii Village would live a prosperous and happy life. From its humble beginnings as a traditional noodle stall, it has evolved into a restaurant while still maintaining the original dedication to culinary authenticity and the flavors of traditional Hakka cuisine. The second-generation male owner has thoughtfully incorporated local ingredients into the dishes, transforming simple Hakka flavors into something more exquisite and diverse! He expressed his hope that through food, more gourmets or those interested in learning about Hakka culture will have the opportunity to rediscover and better understand it. The Hsinchu branch is a franchise location.
