Located in Gongguan Township, Miaoli County, the well-established "Fu Le Noodle Shop" has been in operation for over thirty years since its founding. The name "Fu Le" was chosen by the first-generation owner who hoped for a happy and prosperous life in Fuji Village. From a modest traditional noodle stall in its early days to its current restaurant model, it has maintained the first generation's dedication to culinary authenticity. It also preserves the flavors of traditional Hakka cuisine while incorporating local ingredients into its dishes. The efforts of the second-generation male owner have transformed simple Hakka food into a more refined and diverse experience! He expressed his hope that through delicious food, more food lovers or those interested in Hakka culture would have the chance to rediscover and understand it. The Hsinchu branch is a sub-branch.
