Fulock Noodle Shop Introduction
Most people, when they hear the name "Fu Le Noodle Shop," tend to think it's a bakery or a shop selling fresh milk, but that's not the case. Located in Gongguan Township, Miaoli County, the old-fashioned "Fu Le Noodle Shop" sits alongside Provincial Highway 6 and has been in operation for over thirty years since its establishment. The name "Fu Le" was chosen by the first-generation owner who hoped for the residents of Fugu Village to live a prosperous and happy life. From a humble traditional noodle stall in its early days to now operating as a restaurant, it has maintained the first generation's dedication to culinary authenticity and the pursuit of original flavors, while also inheriting the essence of traditional Hakka cuisine. The use of local ingredients in the cooking showcases the effort of the second-generation male owner, transforming simple Hakka dishes into something more exquisite and diverse! He expressed a hope that through food, more food enthusiasts or those interested in understanding Hakka culture will have the opportunity to reconnect and learn more. The Hsinchu location serves as a branch.
