Located in Gongguan Township, Miaoli County, the long-established "Fu Le Noodle Shop," situated along National Highway 6, has been in operation for over thirty years since its founding. The name "Fu Le" reflects the first-generation owner's hope for residents of Fuji Village to live a happy and prosperous life. From its humble beginnings as a traditional noodle stall to its current restaurant format, it has maintained the original commitment to quality and authenticity in cooking. The shop also preserves the flavors of traditional Hakka cuisine while incorporating local ingredients into its dishes. The second-generation male owner is dedicated to transforming simple Hakka food into something more exquisite and diverse! He hopes that through their cuisine, more food lovers and those interested in understanding Hakka culture will have the opportunity to rediscover and learn more about it.
