Fule Noodle Shop Introduction
Most people often think of "Fu Le Noodle Shop" as a place that sells bread or fresh milk, but in fact, it is not. Located in Gongguan Township of Miaoli County, the old establishment "Fu Le Noodle Shop," situated along National Route 6, has been in operation for over thirty years since its founding. The name "Fu Le" was chosen by the first-generation owner, who hoped for the residents of Fuji Village to live a prosperous and happy life. From its early beginnings as an inconspicuous traditional noodle stall to its current restaurant style of operation, it has maintained the first generation's commitment to authenticity and flavor. The shop also inherits the traditional Hakka culinary heritage while incorporating local ingredients into its dishes. The dedication of the second-generation male owner has transformed the simple Hakka cuisine into a more refined and diverse experience! He hopes that through these delicious dishes, more food lovers or those interested in understanding Hakka culture will have the opportunity to rediscover and learn more. The Hsinchu location is a branch.
