Fu Le Noodle Shop Introduction
Most people tend to associate "Fule Noodle Shop" with a place that sells bread or fresh milk, but that's not the case. Located in Gongguan Township, Miaoli County, the established "Fule Noodle Shop" is situated along Provincial Highway 6 and has been in operation for over thirty years since its inception in the Republic of China. The name "Fule" was chosen by the first-generation owner, who hoped for the residents of Fugi Village to live a happy and prosperous life. From its humble beginnings as a traditional noodle stand, it has evolved into a restaurant while still maintaining the first generation's commitment to authentic flavors and culinary integrity. The restaurant also honors traditional Hakka culinary styles, incorporating local ingredients into its dishes. The efforts of the second-generation male proprietor have transformed simple Hakka cuisine into a more refined and diverse experience! He expresses a desire for the food to provide a chance for more food enthusiasts or those interested in learning about Hakka culture to better understand and appreciate it. There is a branch located in Hsinchu.
