Hsinchu Kuan Ti Temple Introduction

The Hsinchu Guandi Temple was established in 1776. The columns of the walkway in the Sanchuan Hall do not feature the typical dragon columns commonly seen in temples; the dragon and tiger barricades on both sides are also not overly decorated. The door nails of the Sanchuan Hall appear more solemn and dignified, and the couplets on the pillars in the temple are often written by notable figures from Hsinchu, showcasing a strong local character.
