The owner, who is of Hakka descent, worked in several restaurants in his early years. Later, he wanted to change careers. One day while walking along Zhongzheng Road, contemplating his future, he passed by a Hakka snack shop. At that moment, his life changed. He chatted with an elderly gentleman in the shop and found his future in that conversation. He learned the cooking techniques for Hakka snacks from the old man and opened this shop five years ago.
