Chef Liu of Yimian Baby learned kitchen skills from his early experience as a front-of-house employee and has spent years mastering his culinary craft. He also learned how to start and run a business, working hard to build a restaurant from the ground up. Because he still has a passion for the food industry, Chef Liu decided to open an Italian pasta restaurant near his home in Zhonghe. He combines regional affordability with his expertise and, after the joy of welcoming a new child, named the restaurant Yimian Baby. Chef Liu emphasizes that each serving of pasta is stir-fried using a homemade clam broth, and insists on using high-quality ingredients, along with a generous amount of vegetables.
