Chef Liu of Pasta Baby started his journey by learning from the front-of-house staff to the kitchen, honing his culinary skills over the years. He also learned how to run a business from scratch. With a passion for the food industry, Chef Liu decided to open an Italian pasta restaurant near his home in Zhonghe, combining affordable local prices with his expertise. Following the joy of welcoming a new child, he named the restaurant Pasta Baby. Chef Liu emphasizes that each serving of pasta is stir-fried with a homemade clam broth and insists on using quality ingredients and plenty of vegetables. He believes that maintaining quality ensures customers return for more. The restaurant features a semi-open kitchen, allowing guests to see the chef prepare each dish from scratch, offering a fresher taste compared to pre-packaged meals.
