Pasta Baby Introduction
Chef Liu of Pasta Baby started his journey by learning from the front-of-house staff and then transitioned to the kitchen, mastering his culinary skills over the years. He learned how to open and run a business, building a store from scratch. Due to his love for the food industry, Chef Liu decided to establish an Italian pasta restaurant near his home in Zhonghe, offering affordable local dining while showcasing his talents. After the joyous arrival of his child, he named the restaurant Pasta Baby. Chef Liu emphasizes that each serving of pasta is sautéed with homemade clam broth, insisting on using quality ingredients and plenty of vegetables, believing that consistent quality will lead to customer return. The restaurant features a semi-open kitchen, allowing customers to see the chef prepare each dish from scratch, avoiding pre-packaged products, ensuring a fresher and more worthwhile taste experience. Recommended dishes include pesto pasta, creamy pasta, and spicy seafood pasta.
