Pasta Baby Introduction
Chef Liu, the owner of Yi Mian Baby, learned his culinary skills over many years, starting from working in the front of the house to mastering the kitchen. He learned how to open a restaurant and successfully built it from scratch. Due to his passion for the food industry, Chef Liu decided to open an Italian pasta restaurant near his home in Zhonghe, combining affordable local pricing with his culinary expertise. With the joy of welcoming a new baby, he named the restaurant Yi Mian Baby. Chef Liu emphasizes that every dish of pasta is stir-fried using his homemade clam broth, insisting on high-quality ingredients and a generous amount of vegetables. He believes that maintaining quality ensures customers find the dishes delicious enough to return. The restaurant features a semi-open kitchen where customers can see the chef preparing each dish from scratch, enhancing the flavor and making it more enjoyable to compare. Recommended dishes include pesto pasta, creamy pasta, and spicy seafood pasta.
