Dancho Dou Japanese Handcrafted Pancakes offer a healthy and安心 dining experience, allowing customers to enjoy the natural taste of the ingredients. During a trip to Japan, the owner unexpectedly tried a burden-free, healthy handcrafted bean pancake, which inspired the desire to create it in Taiwan. After multiple trips to Japan for knowledge and enlisting a traditional Taiwanese blacksmith to recreate the long-lost iron plate, and after many failures and improvements, the current Dancho Dou pancakes were finally completed.
