Dan Ding Dou is a Japanese-style pure handmade pancake, allowing you to eat healthily and with peace of mind, savoring the taste of the ingredients. The owner, during a trip to Japan, accidentally tried a light and healthy pure handmade bean pancake, which inspired him to recreate it in Taiwan. After multiple trips to Japan for learning and consulting with a Taiwanese blacksmith to craft a long-lost iron plate, and after numerous failures and improvements, he finally completed the current Dan Ding Dou pancake.
