Dan Chi Dou Japanese-style Pure Handmade Pancakes, healthy and安心, flavorful with the ingredients. The owner, during a trip to Japan, unexpectedly tasted a guilt-free and healthy handmade bean pancake, which inspired the idea of creating it in Taiwan. After several trips to Japan for learning, they sought the help of an experienced blacksmith in Taiwan to recreate the long-lost iron plate. After numerous failures and improvements, they finally completed the current Dan Chi Dou pancake.
