Dan Ding Dou Japanese Handmade Pancakes are healthy,安心, and bring out the flavor of the ingredients. The owner, during a trip to Japan, accidentally tasted a light and healthy handmade soybean pancake, which inspired the desire to create it in Taiwan. After multiple trips to Japan for research and coaxing a Taiwanese iron chef to recreate the long-lost iron plate, the current Dan Ding Dou Pancake was finally perfected after numerous failures and improvements.
