Since I was young, I have loved eating bread, and it wasn't until high school that I aspired to start a unique bakery. During my apprenticeship, in addition to humbly accepting my mentor's teachings, I enjoyed brainstorming my own creative bread designs. I felt that being able to design my bread according to my own ideas would be a fantastic experience. Therefore, after 9 years of working, I decided to embark on my own entrepreneurial journey. In the early days of my business, I gained local recognition with a single fresh and delicious product, "mini cream puffs," proving that my vision was correct. My unwavering belief since I started making bread has been to offer customers freshly made, the latest, and most creative pastries.
