Since I was young, I have loved eating bread, and it was only during high school that I aspired to start my own unique bakery. While working as an apprentice, I not only humbly accepted my mentor's teachings but also enjoyed letting my imagination flow with my creative bread designs. I thought it would be amazing to be able to design my own bread according to my ideas. After working for nine years, I finally branched out on my own. In the early stages of my venture, I gained popularity in the area with my fresh and delicious signature product, "cream puffs," proving that my vision was correct. My consistent belief has always been to provide clients with freshly made, innovative pastries, which I have adhered to since I started making bread.
