Since I was a child, I have loved eating bread, and it wasn't until high school that I was determined to start a business and open a unique bakery. During my apprenticeship, in addition to humbly receiving my teacher's guidance, I enjoyed coming up with my own creative bread designs. I thought to myself that it would be wonderful to design bread according to my own ideas. After nine years of work, I became independent and started my own business. In the early stages of my venture, I gained recognition in the local area by offering a fresh and delicious single product, "Mini Cream Puffs," proving that my vision was correct. I have consistently upheld the belief of providing customers with freshly made, the most creative pastries since I began baking.
