Hsiang Wang Food Market Introduction
Since I was young, I have loved eating bread, and it wasn't until high school that I aspired to start a unique bakery. During my apprenticeship, besides humbly accepting my master’s teachings, I enjoyed coming up with my own creative bread designs. I thought it would be amazing to design bread according to my own ideas, so after working for 9 years, I decided to start my own business. In the early stages of my startup, I gained popularity in the local area with a fresh and delicious single product, "cream puffs," which proved that my vision was correct. My unwavering belief since I began making bread has been to provide customers with freshly made, the newest, and most creative pastries.
