San Feng Noodle House Introduction

Founded in 1999, Sanfeng Noodle House has maintained its consistency for over a decade, with deep and delicate human touch inherited from a small noodle shop "Minsheng Canteen" in Wushe, Nantou from the 1950s. At that time, their skilled noodle-cooking technique produced fresh broth, tasty flavors, and substantial ingredients, making their meticulously handled noodles very popular. Every day at dawn, the fragrant steam of noodles rises amid the mountain mists, like the mountain breeze blowing through the hills, and thus the name Sanfeng was born.
