San Feng Noodle Restaurant Introduction
A bowl of noodles conveys simple deliciousness, infused with the emotions and warmth of its roots. Established in 1999, Sanfeng Noodle House has remained consistent for over a decade, exuding a rich and delicate human touch that can be traced back to the small noodle shop "Minsheng Dining Hall" in Wushe, Nantou during the 1950s. Back then, the specialized noodle cooking skills produced a clear, flavorful broth with hearty ingredients, making the meticulously prepared noodles highly popular. Every day at the break of dawn, the steam from the hot noodles wafts through the mountain mist, reminiscent of the mountain breeze; this is how the name Sanfeng was born.
