Early in the morning, I arrived at Xinglongju, which was bustling with activity. Founded in 1970, Xinglongju prides itself on providing "the first meal of the morning." Every morning, a variety of steaming hot delicacies are freshly prepared, truly tantalizing everyone's taste buds. Among the myriad of choices, the most popular item is the soup dumplings, which use high mountain cabbage from Lishan and a blend of lean and fatty pork shoulder.
