Chiayi Little Tianmu Selection Store, a serious contender for excellent desserts, is located near the Lan Tan Scenic Area in Dongyang New Village, an area with a particularly high-quality living environment that attracts many high-income families. This has formed a business circle that gathers multiculturalism and international cuisine. Located at No. 1 Dongyang New Village, "Then Studio" is a lifestyle selection and café dessert hybrid store, showcasing a wide array of popular Japanese purchasing products, as well as a complete selection of Swedish Arctic Fox backpacks. The owner, Lin Xiaohua, originally worked in the education sector in Taipei but decided to relocate back to her hometown to accompany her parents. Initially, she started with internet purchasing from home before expanding into a retail space, which has developed over eight years into its current scale. Xiaohua mentions that many of her loyal customers are neighbors in the community who have become friends. When they come to shop, they often engage in casual conversations, which led to the development of food and beverage services. Although fundamentally a selection store, the dessert quality at Then Studio is impressive, with the talented manager striving to use local small farmers' ingredients and incorporating Japanese "Kyushu pancake" mix to create desserts. Then Studio not only offers afternoon tea with desserts on-site but also accepts cake orders for special occasions, serving the local community.
