Chaiyi Xiaotianmu Selection Store is no joke when it comes to amazing desserts, located near Lantan Scenic Area in Dongyang New Village, which boasts exceptionally high living standards that attract many high-income families, forming a business district filled with multicultural and exotic cuisines. Located at No. 1, Dongyang New Village, "Then Studio" is a lifestyle selection, coffee, and dessert hybrid store. It showcases a dazzling array of popular Japanese purchasing products and a complete range of Swedish Fjällräven backpacks. The owner, Lin Xiaohua, originally worked in the education sector in Taipei but decided to move back home to accompany her parents. Initially starting with online purchases from home, she later expanded to a physical store, culminating in the current scale after 8 years. Owner Xiaohua mentioned that many of the main customers are neighbors from the community who eventually become close friends, often chatting while shopping, leading to the development of culinary services. Although the essence of the store is a selection store, the quality of desserts at Then Studio is astonishing. The skilled manager tries to use locally sourced small farm ingredients and also introduces Japanese "Kyushu pancakes" pancake mix for making desserts. Then Studio not only offers dessert afternoon tea in-store but also accepts cake orders for special occasions, serving the community.
