Hsiang Tai Cultural Center Introduction
This museum features the trajectory of democratic development, showcasing the exquisite artistry of cultural relics through static ancient artifacts and the overall landscaping of the museum. It is the only puppetry and human sculpture museum in Asia. The exhibition space spans three floors, displaying precious works from early Taiwanese masters such as Yeh Wang, Ke Hsun, Hong Kun-Fu, Lin Tien-Mu, and Chen Chuan-Yo from the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic period. The first floor focuses on the theme of loyal and filial piety stories depicted in traditional pottery figurines, the second floor features deities and folk legends with the Daoist immortals, and the third floor presents a complete history of pottery evolution, from Chinese Han figurines to modern traditional pottery works.
