Black Skin Creative Seafood Restaurant Introduction
The third-generation owner of Black Skin Seafood Restaurant, You Zhihao, is a graduate of the Food Science Department at National Chiayi University. The name "Black Skin" is a transliteration of "happy," aiming to provide customers with a joyful dining environment. You Zhihao, who previously worked as a research and development technician at the Zhengxiang Food Company in Puzi City, is young and creative. He developed the restaurant's signature dish, a crispy hamburger meatball made from eight types of local seafood, which is a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine and is very popular among consumers.
