Previously a research and development technician at Zhengxiang Food Company in Puzi City, the young and creative You Zhihao developed the restaurant's signature dish: the Giant Fried Seafood Meatball, made with eight types of local seafood. This dish represents a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisines and is very popular among consumers. Hei Pi Seafood Restaurant is located next to the Budai Tourist Fish Market and has set up twenty tables for group dining to accommodate the constant flow of bus tourists. The most famous dish is the Giant Fried Seafood Meatball, which weighs over 300 grams when sauce is added, and it is a regular champion in annual meatball competitions. The restaurant also sells this dish on its website and offers delivery services. You Zhihao has also opened chain stores in Chiayi City and Minsyong to expand the Hei Pi Seafood brand. With a strong educational background and expertise in internet marketing, You Zhihao's restaurant is one of the few in the coastal area of Chiayi utilizing online marketing. Due to its creative food marketing, various television food programs have come to report on the restaurant, attracting many tourists from outside the area. The "Giant Fried Seafood Meatball" is currently the largest mass-produced meatball in the country, weighing 9 taels (approximately 33 ounces) without sauce.
