Hei Pi Seafood Restaurant is located next to the Budai Tourist Fish Market, and to accommodate the constant stream of tour buses, the restaurant has 20 tables for group meals; the most famous dish is the giant crispy seafood meatball, which is said to weigh 300 grams with sauce, and it has consistently won the annual meatball competition.
