"Black Skin" is the transliteration of "happy." The third-generation owner of Black Skin Seafood Restaurant, You Zhi-Hao, hopes to provide a happy dining environment for customers. Having previously worked as a research and development technician at Chengxiang Food Company in Puzi City, You Zhi-Hao is young and full of creativity. He developed the restaurant's signature dish, the Giant Puff Pastry Seafood Meat Ball, which combines eight types of local seafood, representing a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisines that is quite popular with consumers. Located next to the Budai Tourist Fish Market, the restaurant accommodates the constant stream of tour bus visitors with twenty tables for group dining. Its most famous dish is the Giant Puff Pastry Seafood Meat Ball, which can weigh up to 300 grams once sauce is added, making it a frequent winner at annual meat ball competitions. The restaurant also sells the dish on its website and offers home delivery services. You Zhi-Hao has also opened chain stores in Chiayi City and Minxiong to expand the Black Skin Seafood culinary brand. Due to You Zhi-Hao's strong educational background and expertise in utilizing online marketing, the restaurant is one of the few in the coastal area of Chiayi that employs online marketing strategies. His creative food marketing has attracted numerous television food programs to report on the restaurant, drawing many visitors from outside the area.
