Chengshi Xintianmu Introduction

Cheng Shi, a name derived from its homophonic elements, represents "Cheng" (the owner’s surname) and "Shi" (food); it also symbolizes pure food and imagery (the idea of pure water flowing over stones). "Cheng Shi Xin Tian Mu" is a Japanese vegetarian restaurant hidden in Checheng, originally the quarters for the station master and assistant station master, exuding a strong Japanese style that evokes the past of Checheng. The owner’s commitment to quality ensures that the dishes here are exquisite yet undeniably delicious. Each vegetarian set meal is light while retaining the sweetness of the ingredients, reminiscent of the "original flavor" prosperity of that era, much like the preserved essence of Japanese architecture in "Cheng Shi Xin Tian Mu." Stepping onto the tatami mat invites a slow-paced experience where one might inadvertently kneel. "Jiu Cai He Zi" consists of nine dishes, all centered around Japanese vegetarian cuisine. Enhanced by culinary guidance, it includes dishes such as "Health-Conscious Scallops with Passion Fruit Sauce" and "Quinoa Harvest of Grains." "Cheng Shi Xin Tian Mu" offers a unique Japanese vegetarian dining experience, allowing guests to savor the culinary delights while sitting in the traditional Japanese style, immersing themselves in the aesthetics of Japanese architecture and landscaping for a high-quality culinary enjoyment.
