Chengshi Xintianmu Introduction

Cheng Shi, which translates to "Pure Stone," derives its name from a homophone, where "Cheng" (the boss's surname Chen) means purity and "Shi" refers to food. It also evokes the imagery of pure food, symbolizing the flowing of clear water over stones. "Cheng Shi Xin Tian Mu" is a Japanese vegetarian restaurant hidden in Checheng, originally serving as the dormitory for the stationmaster and assistant stationmaster. With strong Japanese stylistic elements, it seems to transport diners back to the past of Checheng. The boss's unwavering commitment to quality ensures that the dishes here are exquisite yet undeniably delicious. Each vegetarian set meal is light but preserves the natural sweetness of the ingredients, akin to maintaining the "pure essence" of Japanese architecture, yet filled with the "original flavor" of that era. Once seated on the tatami, one can't help but walk slowly with a slight shuffle or kneel comfortably! Savor the essence of Japanese style! "Jiu Cai He Zi" consists of nine dishes, all centered around Japanese vegetarian cuisine, elevated through culinary guidance, with additions of the "Health Scallops with Passion Fruit Sauce" and "Quinoa Harvest." "Cheng Shi Xin Tian Mu" is a unique Japanese vegetarian restaurant where diners can enjoy high-quality cuisine while partaking in the Japanese-style kneeling seating, allowing for an immersive experience of the architecture and scenery, all while indulging in fine food.
