Knock Knock Carpentry Workshop Introduction

Founded in 1969, Haishan Crafts Workshop emerged from the logging industry in Puli, leading to the establishment of over 450 woodworking factories. Under the direction of the Shi brothers, Haishan Crafts Workshop began producing a large quantity of Christmas ornaments, such as Christmas pyramids and incense puppets for export. Notably, it is one of the few woodworking factories that produces "nutcrackers" and "music boxes." In 2012, it transformed into a woodworking studio where visitors can experience woodworking firsthand, inheriting the traditional manufacturing techniques. Shifting from traditional OEM production to designing, producing, and marketing its own brand, the workshop utilizes idle factory space to promote the woodworking culture of Puli and to highlight the value of past artisans. One of the second-generation management strategies is to refine and customize what was once considered DIY products, turning them into exquisite gifts for special occasions, given to those who are extremely important in one's life. This symbolizes a sentiment that cannot be replaced, allowing simple materials to become beautiful hopes for life. We hope you enjoy the products made from wood and that they bring you cherished memories during your important celebrations, motivating us to continue our efforts.
