Knock Knock Wood Workshop Introduction

Originating in 1969, and early on due to the lumber industry in Puli, over 450 woodworking factories were established. The "Haisan Craft Workshop" was founded by the Shi brothers, producing a large number of Christmas ornaments, such as Christmas pyramids and incense puppets for export. Notably, Haisan Craft Workshop is one of the few factories that produce "nutcrackers" and "music boxes." In 2012, it transformed into a woodworking studio where visitors can experience woodworking, inheriting the manufacturing expertise of the past. It shifted from traditional OEM to designing, producing, and marketing its own brand, and utilized the factory's idle space to promote Puli's woodworking culture and uphold the values of past craftsmen. One of the goals of the second generation is to refine and customize what was once perceived as DIY products into exquisite gifts for holidays, intended for someone who holds a significant place in one's heart. This conveys a sense of self-fulfillment that cannot be replaced, allowing simple materials to turn into beautiful hopes in life. We hope you enjoy Haisan's wooden products and that they provide you with cherished memories during your important celebrations, which motivates us to continue our efforts.
