Chickens and Stories Cultural Creative Museum Introduction
Piao Yi is a family business of tea farmers, owning a 12-hectare high mountain tea plantation in Nantou, Taiwan. It is also the first professional manufacturer in the Taiwanese tea equipment industry to receive the Taiwan Excellence and Good Design Product Mark certifications. In response to the complexity of traditional Chinese tea brewing methods, which has become increasingly distant from the healthiest whole leaf tea for young people and foreigners, the company launched the world's first easy-to-use brewing vessel, the "Piao Yi Cup," in 1984. In 1987, it participated in the Japan International Invention Exhibition (World Genius Exhibition) and was awarded the Gold Medal.
