Ji-Chao Cultural Story House Introduction
Piao Yi is a family-run tea business, owning a 12-hectare high mountain tea garden in Nantou, Taiwan. It is also the first professional manufacturer in Taiwan's tea ware industry to win the Taiwan Excellence Award and the Good Design Product Mark. The company, feeling the disconnect between the traditional Chinese tea brewing methods and the preferences of young people and foreigners, launched the world's first easy-to-use tea brewing device, the "Piao Yi Cup," in 1984. In 1987, it participated in the International Invention Exhibition in Japan (World Genius Exhibition) and was awarded a gold medal.
