The three characters in "Mietan Gong" represent: "Mi" as Taiwan's staple food; "Tian" as the mother of all things, the source of all crops; and "Gong" symbolizing the hospitality of Taiwanese people, where good things are to be "shared" with good friends, reflecting the spirit of reciprocity. The brand concept is based on rice as the main ingredient, paired with carefully selected local farmers’ products, developing various baked snacks made from rice, and recommending this pride of Taiwan, unique to Taiwan, to every local and visiting guest.
