The Puli Shaoxing wine, known for its excellent flavor, bright yellow color, and rich, strong aroma, is made using the sweet "Ailan Spring Water." Established in 1917, the Puli Distillery was early selected to produce "Imperial Tribute Wine." From the "Wanshou wine" supplied to the Japanese Emperor during the Japanese colonial period to the "Jieshou Shaoxing wine" served at presidential banquets after the restoration, and the recently developed "Ailan Baijiu" and "Ailan Xijiujiu," they are all exquisite fine wines. The distillery has also successfully developed related products, such as Shaoxing popsicles, Shaoxing rice cakes, Shaoxing braised snacks, and Shaoxing tea eggs, which are also worth trying.
