Puli Shaoxing wine, known for its excellent flavor, bright yellow color, and rich aroma, is made from the delicious "Ailan Spring Water." Established in 1917, the Puli Distillery was selected early on to produce "Imperial Tribute Wine." From the "Wanshou Wine" used for the Emperor of Japan during the Japanese occupation to the "Jieshou Shaoxing Wine" served at presidential banquets after the restoration of sovereignty, and the recently developed "Ailan Baijiu" and "Ailan Xi Wine," these are all treasured fine wines. The distillery has also successfully developed related products such as Shaoxing popsicles, Shaoxing rice cakes, Shaoxing braised dishes, and Shaoxing tea eggs, all of which are worth trying.
