The Puli Shaoxing wine, known for its excellent flavor, bright golden hue, and rich aroma, is brewed using the exquisite "Ailan Spring Water." Established in 1917, the Puli Brewery was early chosen to produce "Imperial Tribute Wine." From the "Wanshou Wine" used by the Japanese Emperor during the colonial era to the "Jieshou Shaoxing Wine" served at presidential banquets after Taiwan's retrocession, and the recently developed "Ailan Baijiu" and "Ailan Xijiu," all are treasured fine wines. The brewery has also successfully developed related products, such as Shaoxing popsicles, Shaoxing rice cakes, Shaoxing braised dishes, and Shaoxing tea eggs, all of which are worth trying.
