Puli Shaoxing wine, known for its exquisite flavor, clear golden color, and rich, thick aroma, is brewed using the high-quality "Ailan spring water." Established in 1917, the Puli Distillery was early on selected to produce "Imperial Tribute Wine." From the "Wanshou Wine" served to the Emperor during the Japanese occupation, to the "Jieshou Shaoxing Wine" for presidential banquets after the restoration, and more recently developed products like "Ailan Bai Jiu" and "Ailan Xi Jiu," all are treasured fine wines. The distillery has also successfully developed related products such as Shaoxing popsicles, Shaoxing rice cakes, Shaoxing braised dishes, and Shaoxing tea eggs, which are definitely worth a try.
