The Puli Shaoxing wine, known for its excellent flavor, bright amber color, and rich, robust aroma, is crafted using the high-quality "Ailan Spring Water." Established in 1917, the Puli Brewery was early on selected to produce "imperial tribute wine." From the "Wanshou wine" supplied to the Emperor of Japan during the colonial period, to the "Jieshou Shaoxing wine" for presidential banquets after the restoration, and the recently developed "Ailan Baijiu" and "Ailan Xijiu," all are exquisite wines. The brewery has also successfully developed various related products, such as Shaoxing popsicles, Shaoxing rice cakes, Shaoxing braised dishes, and Shaoxing tea eggs, which are also worth trying.
