The Puli Shaoxing wine, known for its exceptional flavor, bright amber color, and rich aroma, is brewed using the pure "Ailan Spring Water." Established in 1917, the Puli Brewery was early on selected to produce "Imperial Tribute Wine." From the "Wanshou Wine" served to the Emperor during the Japanese occupation, and the "Jieshou Shaoxing Wine" at presidential banquets after the restoration of Taiwan, to the newly developed "Ailan Baijiu" and "Ailan Xijiu," these are all exquisite wines. The brewery has also successfully developed related products such as Shaoxing popsicles, Shaoxing rice cakes, Shaoxing braised dishes, and Shaoxing tea eggs, all worth trying.
