Fruit Wine Fermentation Tourism Factory Introduction
Located in the mountainous area of Puli Township, Nantou County, it is the largest greenhouse organic jaboticaba farm in Asia, covering an area of 12 hectares. The farm primarily cultivates the "black diamond" of fruits—jaboticaba—using the excellent climate and water quality of Puli, and employs a symbiotic approach to farming that maintains ecological balance. Organic cultivation preserves the integrity of the ecosystem within the park, allowing visitors to observe a rich variety of insects and plants at any time. It's an ideal place for both intellectual and sensory leisure experiences. The "Fruit Treasure Fermentation Experience Center" focuses on organic enzymes and combines with Asia's largest greenhouse organic jaboticaba farm! Visitors can reserve fruit-picking experiences and enjoy the delightful flavors firsthand. The center also features a rich array of enzyme knowledge in the fermentation story hall, guiding visitors to understand fermentation through visual and olfactory senses. The jaboticaba, also known as Brazilian grape, is a fruit tree that was introduced from Brazil and differs from commonly eaten grapes in that it has a texture somewhat resembling that of mangosteen.
