Fruit Treasure Fermentation Factory Introduction
Located in the mountainous area of Puli Township, Nantou County, this is the largest greenhouse organic jabuticaba farm in Asia, covering an area of 12 hectares. The farm mainly cultivates the "black diamond" of fruits—jabuticaba—thanks to the excellent climate and water quality of Puli, using an eco-friendly symbiotic cultivation method. Organic farming maintains the integrity of the ecological environment within the park, allowing visitors to observe a rich variety of insects and flora and fauna at any time. It is a perfect place for an intellectual and sensory leisure experience. The "Jaboticaba Fermentation Exhibition Factory," themed on organic enzymes, is combined with Asia's largest greenhouse organic jabuticaba farm! Visitors can book fruit picking and personally taste the wonderful flavors. The facility features a rich collection of knowledge about enzymes in the Fermentation Story Gallery, guiding visitors to understand fermentation through visual and olfactory senses. The tree grape, also known as jabuticaba, is a fruit tree introduced from Brazil in the early days, which differs from commonly eaten grapes, having a texture similar to mangosteen.
