The owner was born in Taomi and grew up surrounded by various kinds of frogs, listening to their croaking. Now, with the ability to open a restaurant in his hometown, he wants to use it to connect more with customers and express his love and care for his hometown. In Taomi, you can encounter two-thirds of Taiwan's frog species; in Taomi, you can meet one-third of Taiwan's dragonfly and bird species. This region, nestled among mountains and waters, covers less than one-two-thousandth of Taiwan's total area but boasts rich ecological resources that rival those of two or three surrounding townships. Taomi is home to an incredibly diverse ecosystem, including 19 species of frogs, 43 species of dragonflies and damselflies, and over 60 species of birds.
