Yuan Chun Dumpling House Introduction
Established in 1986, our restaurant specializes in beef noodle soup, hot and sour noodles (soup), steamed dumplings, pickled vegetable and shredded pork noodles, corn chowder, various noodle dishes, and side dishes. From a small corner, we have grown to our current location. Our pork steamed dumplings are made with high-quality fresh chives, mountain cabbage, fresh pork, and exclusive seasonings. The dumpling skin is as thin as translucent and has a delightful elasticity; when picked up with chopsticks, be careful not to pierce the skin. Remember to place it on a spoon for tasting, as taking a bite will release a rich broth that flows out from the thin skin, which is the essence of the steamed dumplings.
