Hehuo Restaurant Introduction
Hehuo Dining is established by a group of partners including locals from Lugang and members of the Baolu Movement. The name "Hehuo," which sounds like "partnership," also embodies the concept of "cooking (禾)," with the combination of the characters for "禾" and "火" symbolizing "autumn." This reflects our anticipation for the energy that the annual Autumn Arts Festival brings to the community. Beyond the annual festive atmosphere, we aim to integrate the curatorial concept of "a community of living" into the daily life of the local area. In Lugang, we focus on "co-living" and dining at Hehuo, savoring the warmth and local connections cultivated in Lugang over the years through everyday meals.
