Walking into Tzeng's Farm, you are quickly enveloped by a relaxed atmosphere. The flower beds are laid out in an orderly manner, and ducks and geese leisurely paddle in the pond. Sitting on a swing handcrafted by the owner’s father makes one forget that they are in a restaurant. To the left at the entrance of Tzeng's Farm, neatly stacked longan wood can be seen, which is used as firewood for the barbecued clay pot chicken. The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, delicious when dipped in chicken sauce or paired with pepper salt. It's also fun to take off the gloves and enjoy pulling the tender chicken apart by hand. Additionally, dishes like three-cup eel and crispy pork intestines are wonderfully flavorful.
