I want to settle down and plant roots that can sustainably develop in Yunlin. I hope this dream can allow the children of Yunlin to have their roots in their hometown, enabling them to choose to return home rather than just walk away. In Taiwan, one out of every two sweet potatoes comes from Yunlin, and we are rooted here, hoping to promote the delicious sweet potatoes from Yunlin and Taiwan under the name of Huzhentang. What kind of sweet potato products can be sustainable? "Insist on good quality!" This is the only method I can think of, and it is also Huzhentang's expectation for itself. We are committed to using crops from the earth and diligently researching, trying to incorporate ingredients from various cities and towns to inspire the diverse flavors of sweet potatoes. We hope to deeply root sweet potatoes in Yunlin through high-quality and exquisitely innovative pastries, and let the sprouts of sweet potatoes flourish from Huzhentang.
