Han Xin Qiao Grilled Cold Noodles Introduction
During a low point in her life, the owner visited the foot of Changbai Mountain to relax. It was over thirty degrees below zero, and a stall emitting white smoke caught her attention. Upon getting closer, she discovered it was a grilled cold noodles stall. Curious, she bought a serving to try and started chatting with the owner. After being encouraged by the owner, she regained her direction in life. A serving of grilled cold noodles warmed her hands and stomach, and also her heart. Thus, she returned to Taiwan to start a business, bringing this emotional experience to the people of Taiwan. Grilled cold noodles may look like egg pancakes, but their texture, taste, and substance are completely different. The owner specially imported two production lines (the only ones in Taiwan) and used over 300 strands of Korean cold noodles that were uniquely pressed into a sheet. The noodles are then grilled on a hot plate, brushed with local Korean-Chinese flavor sauce and toppings, and paired with a variety of main Korean dishes (such as Korean fried chicken, fish cake, German sausage, etc.) developed by the owner herself, with vegetarian options available. Many international cuisines are altered to suit local tastes, but the owner insists on bringing the authentic flavors she experienced during her years in Korea back to Taiwan. A serving of chewy Korean grilled cold noodles can fill you up for two meals! In addition to the grilled cold noodles, there are also over ten kinds of very authentic Korean cuisine frozen packs available for purchase, which can be easily heated at home for immediate enjoyment!
