The fragrant Fuzhou noodle restaurant is located on Haitong Road, known for its delicious Fuzhou Yi Mian, attracting food enthusiasts from all over Taiwan and Japan. The passionate owner, Zheng Shicheng, who is keen on Pu'er tea, mentioned that the restaurant has been passed down from his mother. It previously operated on Guangfu Road for 13 years and recently moved to Haitong Road to comply with local government efforts to improve the city’s appearance. Despite rising prices, Fuzhou Yi Mian has not increased. The owner is committed to maintaining quality, not focused on how much profit to make.
