Mochi House Introduction
Tangshan Mochi has been awarded the "Traditional Food" label for 91 years by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and has a history of 70 years. The founder, Lin Dong, learned the authentic Tangshan mochi-making skills through his friendship with a Tangshan local. The signature traditional mochi combines the aroma of glutinous rice with a chewy texture that does not stick to the teeth, filled with visible mung bean paste and sweet peanut powder, creating a unique balance of sweet and salty flavors.
