Located by the beautiful Hsinchu City Hucheng River, Pomelo's Home offers high-quality creative set meals. It is situated in a picturesque area of the city, featuring a pure white exterior and large glass windows. The logo is a cute lemon-yellow pomelo, while the interior decor combines white and wood textures, adorned with floral arrangements and small decorations. The restaurant uses a lot of solid wood and warm lighting, creating a comfortable dining environment reminiscent of traditional Japanese homes, where the effort of the owners is evident. The dishes are personally guided by a renowned Japanese chef, showcasing a strong Japanese flavor. Each set meal comes with barley rice, miso soup, and three types of homemade side dishes, with each set offering unique characteristics. Drinks and desserts are available for separate order. From the decor to the dishes, everything exudes a Japanese home style, and the tableware is selected from Japanese Kyushu porcelain, which is also available for sale! # Ginger Sauce Grilled Pork is a beloved dish by Japanese mothers, infused with ginger but without the sharpness of ginger flavor. It’s not an "amazing, super delicious" dish, but it carries a warm, nostalgic taste of home. # Crispy Fried Chicken Strips are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and you can choose between "Pomelo's Special" tartar sauce or a secret sauce. I chose the richer secret sauce, which has a hint of teriyaki flavor. # Homemade Sparkling Drink is a refreshing beverage that tastes like sweet and sour apple cider, instantly removing the greasiness between meals.
