Meiji-ya Restaurant Introduction
The owner lived in Japan for over a decade and particularly enjoys the relaxed moments after work with friends at izakayas, sharing food, drinks, and conversations. After returning to Taiwan, he established "Meiji-ya" based on his experience in the restaurant industry in Japan, hoping to introduce the Japanese "no menu" ordering style. This allows for dishes to be prepared based on the guests' trust and preferences, paired with seasonal fresh vegetables. Both the first and second floors have been designed with bar counters to accommodate the diverse dining styles of guests, encouraging customers to feel at ease.
