Ubud Rainforest Restaurant Introduction
At Ubud Rainforest Restaurant, all the furniture, decorations, and materials are sourced from Indonesia. Many of the facilities were even overseen personally by Liang Zhengbin, who supervised their construction on-site. It was like playing with "big building blocks"— after marking them, they were disassembled, shipped to Taiwan, and then reassembled according to the labels. The dishes at Ubud Rainforest are also created by Liang Zhengbin himself. The hired chef's habit of using a lot of spices in their "seasoned dishes" conflicted with the owner's philosophy that "freshness is delicious, and authenticity is true skill." Therefore, the owner personally went to Indonesia to learn authentic cooking techniques and insists on using natural, fresh ingredients, emphasizing health benefits! The hope is that visitors to Ubud Rainforest can relax fully, enjoy unique Southeast Asian cuisine, feel the gentle breeze, listen to the sounds of nature, and appreciate the beautiful scenery, all while experiencing a comforting and exotic atmosphere!
